At REPT, our flour is stone-milled to order to preserve natural germ oil, bran fiber, and peak harvest freshness. We partner with India’s leading logistics networks to ensure your pantry staples arrive quickly and in pristine packaging.
1. Milling & Dispatch Timeline
- Milling on Demand: Orders received are queued for fresh stone milling within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Dispatch: Packages are sealed in moisture-barrier food-grade bags and handed over to our verified shipping partners (e.g. Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery) immediately after milling.
- Dispatch notifications and live tracking links are automatically sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email once the consignment is scanned.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are computed at checkout based on the total weight of your package and destination pincode. We offer complimentary or discounted shipping for high-value orders and subscriber members.
4. Order Tracking
You can track the live status of your shipment anytime by visiting the My Orders section or clicking the tracking link in your dispatch SMS.
5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
