Welcome to REPT. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website rept.co.in and your purchase of stone-milled flours, grains, and related products offered by REPT Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Freshness & Quality Assurance

REPT products are milled from genuine, natural grains without chemical bleaching, additives, or preservatives. Because our flours are 100% natural and freshly stone-ground:

• Natural variations in grain color, texture, and harvest aroma may occur across batches.
• Products should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Product shelf lives and best-before dates are clearly indicated on every packaging unit.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes (GST).
• We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products based on grain harvest market availability without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed using authorized digital methods (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) via our secure gateway before order processing.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email and SMS. REPT reserves the right to cancel or limit order quantities in the rare event of out-of-stock grain batches, delivery unserviceability to certain remote pincodes, or pricing discrepancies.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, product photography, trademarks, text, graphics, and website design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of REPT Private Limited and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
